A few frequently asked questions from Concrete Grey Card Training Partners
Simply click on the Register Concrete Cardholder to complete the online form. Once the required details have been entered and payment processed, you will be presented with a confirmation page with an individual reference number. You will also receive a copy of your tax invoice via email. Once we have received the details, the cardholder will receive an email confirmation that their card will be delivered via email within 5 days.

Please contact us to request additional access or remove access for colleagues to the TfNSW Grey Card portal.
Once payment is confirmed via the portal, an email containing the details of the transaction as well as an attachment of a PDF copy of the tax invoice will be sent. Note that all payments will appear to Metro Trains Australia (MTA) on your bank statement.

Once you have requested a card for a worker, they will immediately receive a confirmation email. Cards are batch processed and it is expected that the workers digital card will be sent via email within five (5) days.
